North Alabama experiences severe weather throughout the year. During a severe weather event, it is important to have a plan which includes having a safer place to take shelter. One option may be a Morgan County Storm Shelter. The community Storms Shelters are located throughout the county and regularly open when a Tornado Watch is put into effect for our area.

Have a personal storm shelter at your residence? You can register it, so First Responders will be aware of it in the event of an emergency. This can allow emergency personnel to quickly come to your aid or be aware of your location in an emergency.
