On April 11, 2024, the Morgan County Sheriff's Fugitive Unit executed a Grand Jury Warrant for Rape on Kolbi Leland Miller, 21 of Rogersville. The warrant contains 7 counts:

1. Rape 1st Degree
2. Rape 2nd Degree
3. Incest
4. Rape 1st Degree
5. Sodomy 1st Degree
6. Rape 2nd Degree
7. Sodomy 2nd Degree
   
   

The Morgan County Sheriff's Criminal Investigation Division opened an investigation in August 2021 after a report of Rape/Sexual Assault was made by Morgan County DHR involving two juvenile victims. The investigation was conducted with the assistance of the Morgan County Child Advocacy Center and Morgan County DHR and then submitted to the Morgan County District Attorney's Office.

Miller was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail. No Bond.
