On Thursday, March 24, 2022, Morgan County Sheriff Deputies arrested Donald Gurley Conley, 80 of Joppa, Alabama on a warrant for Rape 1st Degree. Conley was arrested at a home on Hulaco Rd without incident. The warrant stems from a 2019 investigation into a report involving the sex abuse of a child under 12. The subject was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail. Bond 15,000.00
