Drug Investigation Leads to Cocaine Trafficking Charges

On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit concluded a 4-month long Narcotics Investigation involving Cleveland Blair, 52 of Decatur. Agents made contact with Blair during a traffic stop on Hwy 20 near Church St in Decatur AL. During the stop, Agents recovered a large quantity of US Currency, Marijuana, and a trafficking amount of Crack Cocaine.
Agents obtained a search warrant for Blair's residence where Agents recovered approximately 1 pound of Cocaine, Drug Paraphernalia, and two firearms.
Cleveland Blair, 52 of Decatur was arrested and charged with:
- 13A-12-231 - Dangerous Drugs-Drug Trafficking
- 13A-12-231 - Dangerous Drugs-Drug Trafficking
- 13A-12-214 - Dangerous Drugs-POM 2 Possession of Marijuana
- 13A-12-260 - Unlawful Possession Drug Paraphernalia
Bond: $350,600.00
