2 Arrested, Charged with Chemical Endangerment of Child

On Wednesday, January 10, 2024, Patrol Deputies located a subject who was wanted on outstanding felony warrants at a residence in the 1900 block of Nethery Rd in Hartselle.
Once contact was made, Deputies located 2 subjects, 2 small children and illegal narcotics.
Michael Christopher Dosson Vinson, 34 of Hartselle, was arrested and charged with:
▪️26-15-3.2(a)(1) - Assault-Chemical Endangerment
▪️13A-12-212 - Unlawful Possession/Receipt of Controlled Substance
▪️Warrant: Child Support
▪️Warrant: Probation Revocation- Burglary 3rd
▪️Warrant: Probation Revocation: Burglary 3rd
No Bond due to the Probation Revocation Warrant
Sheryl Marie Ryan, 33 of Cullman was charged with:
▪️26-15-3.2(a)(1) - Assault-Chemical Endangerment
▪️13A-12-212 - Unlawful Possession/Receipt of Controlled Substance
▪️Warrant: Failure to Appear- Failure to display Insurance
▪️Warrant: Failure to Appear- Driving While Suspended
No Bond due to the Probation Revocation Warrant.
Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit were called to the scene and DHR was contacted to make arrangements for the children.
