🏢Temporary Courthouse Closure:
On February 16, 2026, the Morgan County Courthouse will close for a short period of time to complete electrical renovations. This closure is expected to last two to four weeks.
 
Below is information on where courthouse offices will continue to do business during closure. Offices will begin relocating on February 9, 2026, so please be sure to follow Morgan County Commission or their website morgancounty-al.gov for additional information provided by each office.
