[New Charges] Austin Damon Doen Carpenter, 30 of Montevalo, was arrested on a Grand Jury Warrant for:

[Original Arrest]
On Thursday, June 20, 2024 a report was made involving an adult male utilizing snapchat to have communication of a sexual nature with two juveniles. Investigator Brandi Suh learned that the subject planned to travel to meet the juveniles on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
In the early morning hours of Saturday, June 22, 2024, the subject arrived in an Alabama Search and Rescue(ALSAR) vehicle and was met by Deputies and arrested.

Austin Damon Doen Carpenter, 29 of Montevallo, was arrested and charged with
▪️13A-6-122 - Sex Offense-Electronic Solicitation of a Child
Carpenter was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail
Bond $5000.00
