On April 29, 2025, Patrol Deputies were dispatched to a Burglary in Progress call at a residence on Morrow Mountain Rd in Somerville. The caller reported that a male subject was attempting to enter the residence.

Deputies arrived and located the subject, a baggie with residue that tested positive for cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested:

Antonio Deluna Jr, 26 of Decatur, charged with

• 13A-11-10 Public Intoxication
• 13A-12-260 Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

He was trespassed from the residence and transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail. Bond $600.00
