On April 28, 2025, Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant on a residence on Wilhite Rd in Falkville. 

During the search, multiple wanted individuals were located along with drug paraphernalia. Agents arrested:

Jeremy Branden McVay, 46 of Falkville. charged with:

• Warrant 13A-12-212 Possession of Methamphetamine
• Warrant 13A-8-18 Possession of Stolen Property
• Warrant 13A-12-214 Possession of Marijuana
• Warrant 13A-12-260 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• 13A-12-260 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Heather Dawn McCleskey, 46 of Falkville, charged with:

• Warrant 13A-12-212 Possession of Methamphetamine
• Warrant 13A-12-214 Possession of Marijuana
• Warrant 13A-12-260 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Warrant 13A-12-214 Possession of Marijuana
• Warrant 13A-12-260 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Justin Ray Bates, 39 of Addison, charged with:

• 13A-12-260 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Kaitlyn Denise Paris, 24 of Crane Hill, charged with:

• 13A-10-52(a)(b) Attempting to Elude a Police Officer

All were transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail.
