On the evening of Friday, February 14, 2025 a homeowner in the Florette area reported a suspicious person. The subject reportedly came to the residence asking for a place to stay but would not give their name.

Deputies responded and determined the subject was a juvenile, reported missing from a group home to the Montgomery Police.

Deputies contacted DHR who took custody of the juvenile.
