On January 29, 2025 Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff's Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on McGaugh St in Hartselle.
During the operation, Agents arrested Terence Cortez Wallace, 32 of Decatur, charged with:

• 26-15-3.2(a)(1) - Chemical Endangerment
• 13A-12-260 - Unlawful Possession Drug Paraphernalia (1st Offense)
• 13A-12-214 - Dangerous Drugs-POM 2 Possession of Marijuana
• 13A-12-212 - Unlawful Possession/Receipt of Controlled Substance

He was transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail. Bond $4200.00

His bond has since been revoked for a Parole Violation -Trafficking Synthetic Drugs.
