Investigators Recover Stolen Property, Narcotics and Arrest Two

On March 20, 2026, a utility trailer and a boat were stolen from a victim in the Joppa area, with deputies recovering the stolen boat a short time later.
 
On March 25, 2026, the Criminal Investigations Division executed a search warrant in the 600 block of Double S Mountain Road in Baileyton, AL assisted by the Fugitive Unit, Drug Enforcement Unit, and Patrol in reference to the stolen property. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with Jimmy Ray Stillwell, 36 of Baileyton, and Timothy Levi Stillwell, 39 of Baileyton.
 
During the execution of the search warrant, the stolen utility trailer was recovered along with drug paraphernalia and a quantity of methamphetamine.

▪️Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree
▪️Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
▪️Possession of Controlled Substance
▪️outstanding warrant with other agencies

Timothy Levi Stillwell, 39 of Baileyton charged with:
▪️Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
▪️Possession of Controlled Substance
▪️outstanding warrant for FTA-Promoting prison contraband
 
Both were transported to and booked in the Morgan County Jail.
